A journey towards creation, acceptance, fate and improvement alongside duality of life’s beliefs. As a 20-year-old individual who enjoys deep thought, taking time to enjoy little things I find myself in a constant tug of war between investing all my time and energy into “hustling” and “Grinding” to conquer the world and to pass my days going with my instinct, passion and drive to create and do without thoughts of monetization, control or dominating an industry.
Many people, art, fashion, passion and work have inspired me, driven me to post my opinions, projects, theories, movies, music, finance thoughts, drawings, poems, books or anything I wish to share in the vast ocean of ideas and creative work that is the internet and human history.
Among the people that have inspired me they range from Marcus Aurelius, Johnny Cash, Canserbero, Billy Joel, Alex, Uncle Rodolfo, Savannah Brown and many more creative, intelligent and interesting people.
Who I am I to add value amongst such great minds and talents?
Who dare write about himself knowing all with which he shall describe and present is but a mere smear of paint compared to the works of who painted before him. Thoughts like these tainted my minds walls and penetrated my beliefs and subsequently my actions and goals. It is not who you are that matters but what your actions and intentions are that ultimately is the valid reason why you can hang your piece of artwork next to the Mona Lisa. it’s yours. Only yours. A tale many might have recalled but never told by you. You.
Perfectionism, ego, and fear of mediocrity
Being public about one’s most honest curiosities and thoughts is the most vulnerable anyone can be. Imagine showing the world. (.. then again who really cares about the whole “world”) or more importantly close friends a key to your inner world and an inside view of your weaknesses and possibly flawed perspectives. Its mortifying. In any game that has ever existed showing you cards to everyone is worst tactic and will get you killed if you happen to have one to many aces.
Then why show your imperfections? why should you ruin your image of a reserved grand Artist full of life, why pull the curtains to reveal pitiful being who struggles to keep promises to himself?
opps I think I kind of showed my cards there… well then why should you show yours? The answer is quite simple why else would you show your sparring partner your flaws, it is so they can exploit them, and you may progress and improve upon them like never before. Do the best you can do, be reasonable do you best but never strive to make everything perfect. A finished unedited book is worth more than 2 pages of polished literature.
thank you. for writing. thank you for reading.
